Privacy and anonymous statistics
We use first-party anonymous statistics on the public language pages to understand page use, active reading time and return visits. They do not run on this privacy page, administration pages, feedback APIs or raw data files.
A random return identifier is stored only for this site in your browser for at most 60 days from creation. The measurement service keeps a site-scoped hash and visit dates for at most 60 days to measure 7-day and 28-day return visits. Detailed events are kept for at most 30 days. This identifier does not identify an account or connect visits across other sites or devices.
Events include only registered page IDs, referring host names, coarse device/source categories, fixed campaign labels, event times and activity durations. We do not collect full page or referring URLs, search terms, feedback text, email, market inputs or API contents. The measurement store does not retain cookies or full IP addresses.
Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, a declined statistics preference and opting out disable collection. Printing, private paths and test traffic are excluded from normal statistics. A copied return link contains only the public path and a return marker; other direct visits remain of unknown origin.
Use the control below to turn off collection on this browser and remove this site’s return identifier. Clearing the site’s stored preference permits statistics again; browser privacy signals continue to take priority. Browser storage must be available for statistics to run.
